If you don’t see a preview of a supported file type (listed as previewable in Supported file types) you should see a button ‘create preview’, please click this one to initiate preview calculation (this might take some time due to type and size of the data).
If 1. does not apply please raise a support request to have this investigated
If the file type is not supported please raise a support request for future support.
