Dashboard

When logging into the platform the first thing you will see is the dashboard.

In case you had already logged in before and left the application from a different part, your session information is stored and you continue where you left off. You can then reach the dashboard by clicking on top left 'Home' icon.

In the current version is shows you the total vs. available storage and the number of workspace users, as well as the option to request storage increase directly from within the application.

Projects Overview

The projects overview page provides an overview of all projects in your workspace.

Workspace administrators can see and access all projects.

For other users the lock symbol indicates if a project can be accessed or not. In case you see a lock symbol for a project you like to access please contact a project administrator (name/email provided when you click on 'Request access' button).

Clicking on the project tile takes you to the file explorer and project settings.

File Manager

Within a project the file manager (Tab 'Files') displays all folders and files you already uploaded to this project.

On the left side you see a tree display where you expand or collapse folders.

Selecting a folder there shows the folder content.

Selecting a file shows you in case of a supported file type the preview or other geo-related information.

Further information about this file can then be accessed via the tabs on top of the view.

See here for more detailed descriptions.

Maps and geo search

The Maps overview page provides an overview of all the maps you created or collaborate on. Each map view provides options to have your uploaded data be displayed as layers on different base maps, use certain map functions and organize the display of layers.

The maps also contain the geo search, allowing you to find all files that belong to a user-defined area.

See here for a full description.

Administrators can access an overview of ongoing activities like project creation, uploads and shares.

Uploads
