Why are files with certain CRS (coordinate reference system) code not displayed on the map?

The user (uploader) should provide files with an EPSG code. Currently CRSs defined from other authorities (e.g. OCG, INGF) are not supported. In the future we want to offer a feature that allows the user to state the (correct) CRS regardless of authority.
