Have you already synchronised your upload channel? Please check in your project if the desired upload is still open. If so, verify all data has been uploaded, open the upload record and choose ‘Sync upload channel’ to have the data imported to the platform.
There is a lot of preprocessing ongoing (e.g. reading the files, geo-indexing) during the data import to the platform, this could take some time.
