How to enable/disable 2FA

A workspace administrator can enable/disable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users on the workspace.

Navigate to the Workspace Management > Security tab

When you enable this option users will be forced on login to use a suitable Authenticator App (e.g. Google Authenticator) and provide a generated token after having entered username and password.

If a user has problems with the 2FA access an administrator can reset the authentication in the workspace User management.
