The workspace wide search offers the option to search for
folders
files
projects
maps
on your entire workspace.
Note: The results shown are restricted to the objects you have access to!
You invoke the search functionality by clicking on
This opens the search window
Enter a text you are looking for and the search directly starts looking up suitable objects
The results are grouped by found
Files
Folders
Maps
Projects
OCR (in case you enabled the document smart scanning functionality, not available in the standard product)
and the number of found objects is given.
Search results also include close matches, helping you find items even when search terms contain spelling mistakes or slight variations (fuzzy search).
For each result row you can
click on the name or path to go to/open the corresponding object OR
you can click on the right 'Open in a new tab' symbol
to go to/open the object in a new browser tab. This will leave the results window open in the tab where you started the search.
