Workspace administrators, project administrators and map creators can invite new users to the platform.
Workspace administrators can invite further users to the workspace by clicking on the bottom left icon on the workspace and choose 'Workspace management'.
The list of current workspace collaborators is shown.
Click into 'Invite with email' field, enter the email address and click 'Invite'. An email is sent to the new user with an access link.
The new user can click this link to access the platform.
Note: This link expires after 24 hours!
On first access the new user needs to enter a new password.
Note: The default role assigned is ‘Guest’, see 'User Management' article for more information.
Until the new user has accepted the invitation the following icon is displayed that allows to resend the invitation
You can delete the user as well by clicking on 'Remove' button on the right of the user entry line
Workspace members who are project administrators can invite new collaborators directly from the projects user management, the same is possible for map owners.
